Fallen Rebel by C.G. Blaine (Book Review)

⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4 Stars)

I’m usually not a big fan of Paranormal Romance, but C.G. Blaine really surprised me with an interesting story that has a great combination of drama, sweetness, and some thrilling elements.

I was very curious about the blurb, and we follow the story of Cass who has been watching over the Kelley line for a long time. And for a watcher there’s only one rule, keep your Nephilim alive. No matter what.

Hannah Kelley is his very last assignment, his final charge. So Cass just needs to keep her safe for the next 50/70 years and he will no longer be a Fallen. But there are, of course, a few complications along the way. Hannah is surrounded by danger, but more than that she knows who he is and what he is.

The connection between the main characters is great. They have amazing chemistry and they are delicious fun to read, I loved their banter. So, you end up with a fast-paced book, full of dangers but with lovely heart-warming moments.

Fallen Rebel can be read as a complete standalone and is the first book in the When Watchers Fall series.

Thank you Wildfire Marketing Solutions and C.G. Blaine for sending me an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
